Welcome to “Thrive and Transform”…

….. a transformative wellness retreat designed to empower individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being and lasting change. Located in the serene beauty of Tillamook, Oregon, this retreat offers a beautiful sanctuary where guests can revitalize their body, mind, and spirit. Join Kimmie Whitman, CPT, CHHC and Melinda Harder, LPC and discover the power of nourishing your body with wholesome, delicious meals and engaging in rejuvenating activities. Get inspired by learning new, research based tools that lead to lasting habit change in your life.

Our vision for Thrive and Transform was born from the desire to create a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being. The retreat aims to inspire, educate, and empower participants to adopt healthy habits and integrate them seamlessly into their daily lives.

The retreat's meticulously crafted programs are tailored to cater to the needs of each guest. The itinerary incorporates a diverse range of activities that cater to various aspects of well-being, including: hiking, walking, fitness classes, mindfulness, meditation, goal setting, mini cooking classes and more.

Location

We will meet in a large, beautiful home in Tillamook, Oregon. Single occupancy, double occupancy and group dorm room beds are available. The home offers stunning views of the ocean, close proximity to the beach and large spaces for cooking, eating, meeting and relaxing.

Melinda Harder, LPC

Melinda is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Portland, OR and has been a therapist for over 15 years. She loves working with clients to help them identify thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back from the life they want to live. Seeing clients implement new tools, achieve their goals and increase satisfaction in their life brings her a lot of joy.

Kimmie Whitman, CPT, CHHT

I'm Kimmie Whitman, a dedicated personal trainer, health coach, and a driving force behind corporate wellness initiatives. I have a passion for health and a keen understanding of the importance of nutrition, I've made it my life's mission to empower individuals and organizations to achieve their utmost potential through physical fitness and wellness practices.

As a proud mother of three amazing children aged 16, 13, and 9, I understand the juggling act of maintaining a vibrant family life while pursuing personal and professional passions. I am excited to host this wonderful Retreat with my dear friend, Melinda and can't wait to Thrive & Transform.
