Therapy provides a safe place to explore your feelings about people and situations in your life, as well as yourself.  It also allows a chance for greater self-understanding and acceptance, including understanding how past experiences shape the way we view others and ourselves. I offer a warm, supportive, and accepting environment to help you through this process.

Through our work together we will build upon and grow your strengths while discovering new tools, which can help you overcome challenges you may be facing.  During the counseling process clients can be helped to understand themselves better, set personal goals, and have caring and unconditional support while working toward those goals.
